SOMC 2010 Annual Golf Classic
The 2010 SOMC Annual Golf Classic will be held September 7th, the Tuesday after Labor Day at the Talamore Country Club. This event is not only a great opportunity to have fun and support Special Olympics, but also a great chance to get acquainted with some of the athletes and programs that make Special Olympics such a unique and outstanding organization. Fundraising with eScrip
Participating Merchants Help Special Olympics
Special Olympics Montgomery receives hundreds of dollars a year through the eScrip program. eScrip is a fundraising program that allows participating merchants to contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty cards, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to our program. Most members sign up their Genuardi's cards - more and more though there are additional participating options such as Macy's, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and debit cards.
Here's How it Works
· You register any one or all of your existing grocery loyalty, debit and credit cards for use in the program.
· Participating merchants will make contributions to your chosen group, based on purchases made by you, just by using the cards you have registered.
· Your purchases are tracked and available to you online, allowing you to see just how much you are earning on your child's behalf!
